If you completed payment but your items were not dispensed (e.g., the machine was out of stock or there was a technical issue), your payment is safe and your transaction is still valid.
To recover your items, find the Transaction ID in your payment confirmation email. It will look something like: 123e4567-e89b-12d3-a456-426614174000
Copy and paste that ID above, then click Confirm Payment. This will re-trigger the vending machine to dispense your items.
Enter the transaction ID from your confirmation email to check your payment status.
